In the context of the increasingly serious economic situation in the world,the creativity has a crucial role for the operation and development of enterprises.The only way for enterprises to achieve further expansion is to improve their own level of creativity.As one of the important components of organizational creativity,employees' creativity is particularly important to the development of the organization.Especially in the context of the rapid development of today's economy and society,as the actual controller of resources and opportunities in the enterprise,it is significant for leaders to enhance the creativity of enterprises and constantly stimulate the creativity of employees.Now,the development of effective leadership management methods matched with the employees is the key work during theoretical research of scholars and practical development of enterprises.In this paper,the leaders of Hainan,Wuhan and Yichang cities and their employees were studied.263 usable questionnaires were collected by matching and longitudinal questionnaires to explore the effect of humble leadership on employees'creativity to define the effect of creative self-efficacy and organizational climates for creativity.On the basis of a large number of literature,through a variety of analytical methods,this paper concluded:(1)Humble leadership has significant positive impact on employees' creativity;(2)Humble leadership has significant positive impact on creative self-efficacy;(3)Creative self-efficacy has significant positive impact on employees' creativity;(4)Creative self-efficacy has mediating effect on the relationship between humble leadership and employees' creativity;(5)Organizational climates for creativity has a moderating effect on the relationship between humble leadership and creative self-efficacy;(6)Organizational climates for creativity also moderates the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy between humble leadership and employees' creativity.This paper establishes the analytical model of "humble leadership? creative self-efficacy ?employees' creativity",explores the influence factors of employee's creativity with humble leadership as a research perspective,and constructs a systematic relationship to further illustrate the four variables.The innovation of this paper is mainly manifested in the following two aspects:First,this paper is based on previous studies,with humble leadership as one of the main variables to expand its theoretical and practical aspects;Second,this paper explores the effect of humble leadership on the creativity of employees,and demonstrates the role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating effect of organizational climates for creativity.This paper analyzes the factors that the leadership effects the creativity of employees.It is a more forward-looking and fundamental research direction to enhance the operational level of the enterprise and promote the social and economic development.It aims to provide some reference for the promotion of the creativity of the employees and organizations.
