Research On Development Strategy And Instruction Of R&d Innovation Platform In Energy Group

With advancements in Information Technology(IT)and internet industry,Platform Economy is penetrating all walks of life and the platform strategy is gaining more recognition among traditional industries and modern enterprise.Wikinomics,a term that is getting popular in recent years highlights four principles in the enterprise: openness,peering,sharing,and acting globally.It is replacing those outdated commercial doctrine and many traditional companies are reaping the benefits of embracing this novel paradigm.Conversely,predominant firms that remain reliant upon “closed innovation” have weathered drawbacks,losing market share and revenue to more research and development focused competitors that embrace “Open Innovation”.An energy technology company cited in this paper is engaging in active thinking to overcome challenges in order to enhance its competitive edge and to secure future growth.Based upon references derived from the Internet Crowdsourcing Platform,we interviewed HOPE Platform of Hair representatives in regards to innovation platforms and their industry experience.This platform establishes a stage to collect and address customer concerns first,a means to generate improvements,second,to input future technology modules,and third,to promote innovative solutions for radical change by integrating research and development,outside resources,enhanced efficiency skillsets into one cohesive system.Solutions shall be allocated within two stages: Stage one combines enterprise demands with customers and to accumulate operations-management experience while optimizing operation details and to search for external resources to satisfy research and development demands.Stage two involves “open” disclosure to external evaluation and subjection to market forces,a core improvement and implementation strategy utilized by the “Wiki research Platform”.This approach transforms technology into a means instrumental of cooperation,resource sharing and to generate public interest,a virtuous circle of innovation.The dissertation suggests that Wiki Research Platform shall lay more emphasis on on-line and off-line resources coordination,intellectual property exposure risk minimization,applying effective ways to break down technical problems and improving customer satisfaction-awareness while establishing a unique market brand and image.
