After nearly thirty years of development,the world's low-cost aviation industry has gradually become one of the most important parts of the global aviation industry.Low cost airlines and traditional airlines is different,low-cost airlines will reduce costs to remove excess service as the core competitiveness,the use of low price tickets to get market share.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's civil aviation,the increasing number of passengers,low-cost aviation has become an important part of China's civil aviation market.Changes in air passenger demand to promote the transformation of low-cost aviation,coupled with the development of low-cost aviation environment under the oil price advantage is more prominent.But as the local airlines continue to emerge,China high iron and the sustainable development of the aviation market,high risk,high cost and low profit rate of the industry characteristics,in particular the United Airlines China over the years has been in the traditional operation mode of operation,so the transformation needs of the current market environment and their own advantages combined with innovative ideas,remodeling business model,this study under this background the author opens.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the operation mode of China United airlines.China United Airlines,a wholly owned subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines(three),has been operating in the traditional business model since its establishment.After the announcement of the transition into a low-cost airline,the first state-owned enterprises in China marked the establishment of low-cost airlines,creating a precedent for state-owned enterprises involved in low-cost airlines.In this paper,PEST model is used to analyze the macro operation environment of China United airlines.Based on the analysis of industrial competitiveness,this paper analyzes the competitive environment of low cost aviation industry.The use of enterprise resources and capacity analysis to identify the United Airlines of China's own resources and the ability to configure resources to provide support and help for the strategic transformation of enterprises.Based on the comprehensive analysis,the SWOT model is established,and the development strategy should be adopted.Combining with the successful experience of the leading enterprises in the industry,the paper constructs the low cost operation mode of China United airlines.The paper concluded that United Airlines China must take the cost leadership strategy as the core,with short market positioning,streamlined organization,strict cost control,innovation income sources and full participation in the operation mode of enterprise culture.Through the analysis of United Airlines China,suggested that low cost airlines in China should be carefully selected the target market and route,strict cost control,to build the core competitiveness of the three points in line with the company's characteristics in the establishment and operation of the process,have the ability to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the aviation market.
