Under the basis of the current market economy,the company's cost management pattern already and the past form a larger gap,the original management pattern already can not meet the requirements of the modern and cost management occupies very important position in the company daily operations,and on the company's normal play a crucial role in the development of health.So the company need from all sides face costs for parsing,and control,only in this way can better serve the decision makers by the relevant provision,and improve the company's competition strength,promote its continuous development.China's state-owned construction enterprise competition in the market has gradually presenting the state into a diversified,and the world economic and trade of the total number of gradually expanding,lead to state-owned construction enterprises face serious challenges,our country state-owned company shall seize the opportunities of The Times,positive in the face of challenge,only in this way can occupy a favorable position in the market competition,so as to lay a good foundation for future development.This article through the theory and the actual situation,the state-owned construction enterprise cost control to carry on the analysis.The purpose is to create satisfy our company development cost control system,and constantly improve the competition ability,so as to occupy a favorable position in the market.This paper through the use of simple language to cost accounting,and explained as well as the related concepts of cost management,and made a relative to the cost management at home and abroad literatures,and expounds the ways and principles of cost management.As the research object,this paper will be what ZJ had company simply expounds the company of the current business situation,cost management,and so on,analysis on the cost management of the company competitive strengths and weaknesses,and expounds in detail the company create a cost accounting system is its unique corporate culture.And,by using a real case analysis,methods of data description,field investigation,shows what ZJ had companies in personnel,facility management,procurement procedures,organizational control,the cost of inventory management,ability to innovate has loopholes in management rules,and according to the above mentioned holes,from human,machine,material,method,ring five angles such as the profound analysis,through the way of combining theory and practice,emphasize the cost management focus on people not things,substantial compared to form,the former is more important,only employees voluntary participation can get the expected effect of cost management,and at the end of the article,for the company to put forward some proposals for cost management.This article through to what ZJ had company cost management are analyzed,and put forward the company is an advantage in terms of cost management,and management mode is feasible,but still have a lot of loopholes,and according to these vulnerabilities put forward to improve the way,hope this way can bring new hints for the development of the company,also provide some reference for construction in China.
