In recent years,the social security insurance work has become the important content of building a harmonious socialist society.With the improvement of the social insurance system in China and human resource and social insurance department more than 10 years of informatization construction,realms of commercial insurance and social insurance has accumulated a large of data,and the content of data is rich.Therefore,analyzing effectively,providing correct guidance for decision,find detailed for policy making,become the most pressing needs in current social insurance industry.The development,of data warehouse and its related technology provides effective method to solve the above problems.Data warehouse can online analysis the huge data comprehensive,accurate and efficiently,data mining can use effective analysis method,found regular in the hidden data.At present,Jiangxi province Department of Human Resources and Social Security has established the social insurance information system of Concentrated at the provincial level,including pension,medical treatment,industrial injury,birth and unemployment insurance,This system encompasses nearly 44 million people,amount of data has already been reached level T.The time of building data warehouse,and on-line analytical is ripe.For this reason,Jiangxi province Department of Human Resources and Social Security is exploring big data and cloud computing project construction,this studies is basis on the research and development work.Based on keeping track of domestic and overseas advanced technology,combined with the current social security industry,and in this paper,we study the needs of work,the social insurance management and data mining technology,has carried on the brief introduction of the concept.Through to understand social insurance health insurance business in jiangxi province,according to the purpose of data mining,the main design of the medical insurance fund payment subject,single disease medical expense and expenditures subject data warehouse,and to determine the overall design goal and the technical architecture and other key issues.Was discussed based on Oracle system implementation of data warehouse platform,this paper studies the data warehouse model creation,theme OLAP,data mining model and implementation.Finally,by mastering related theory and operation,complete the relevant design,the theme of medical insurance fund,medical treatment charge of single diseases theme,theme and individual account total payments for data mining,analysis and forecast,obtains several conclusions on the risk prevention and control.
