Tobacco logistics is currently a core task in the sustainable development work of the tobacco industry.In particular,commercial tobacco logistics is the key to improve the overall benefits and competitiveness of the Chinese tobacco industry.Most commercial tobacco logistics systems have adopted the regional economic development model and have seen good development in as small projects as planning and layout of distribution routes and as big projects as selection and construction of distribution centers.However,there's still room for adjustment and improvement.For example,currently the logistics organization network is unreasonable,the information network is complex and asymmetrical and the optimization scheme for the distribution network is not thorough,which are problems in the Chinese commercial tobacco logistics system that needs urgent solutions.Based on the current logistics development situation of the tobacco industry and previous research results and practical experiences,the essay has revealed the existing problems in the object of study-Shijiazhuang commercial tobacco logistics system,by analyzing the current development situation of its organization network,information network and distribution network using such technical methods such modern logistics management ideas,system planning and design,process reengineering,the Internet of Things technology and mathematical programming;then it has conducted optimization study on the Shijiazhuang commercial tobacco logistics system and proposed the supporting measures for the implementation of the plan.Creative conclusions have been obtained in the following aspects:For the logistics organization network,the 3PL-based design model of commer cial tobacco logistics organization network has been set up with the process reengineering technology,and a comparative analysis has been conducted with the original functional organizational structure.For the optimization of the logistics information network,a logistics information network platform based on the Internet of Things technology has been established,and an effect analysis has been performed on the logistics system from aspects like main link management,customer management,monopolized commodity monitoring,etc.For the optimization of the logistics distri bution network,an optimization model for the Shijiazhuang commercial tobacco distribution network has been built using the mathematical programming model,and genetic algorithm has been designed based on its characteristics.Through the analysis of relevant data,the feasibility of the models and algorithms have been verified and existing schemes and optimization schemes have been compared,of which results show that cost,efficiency and service level have all seen reasonable improveme nt.The essay aims to provide decision-making reference for realizing the strategic goal of improving the costs,efficiency and service level of the commercial tobacco logistics system,meeting the logistics development demand of national,provincial and municipal tobacco industries and enhancing the core competitiveness of the tobacco industry as a whole.
