The Effect Of Collaborative And Friendship Network On Team Innovation Performance

Innovation is the power of every enterprise competitiveness, and how to improve the enterprise innovation performance is an important problem faced by enterprise. In the enterprise, team is an important organization form of enterprise to carry out innovation activities, and it is the key to improve the overall efficiency and gain a competitive advantage. Team network structure is an important factor for determining the performance of the team. There are numerous researches about network structure influencing on the innovation performance of team. In the study of informal networks, however, the research about different types of network, and the influence mechanism research is lack, which restrict the further study of the relationship between the informal networks and the innovation performance.Based on the relevant research both at home and abroad, through the research about the influence of different informal network density on team innovation performance, and the intermediary role of hinderance network structure and team trust level, this article makes an empirical analysis of 42 team as the research samples using social network analysis. The study found that there is a positive influence between collaborative network density and team innovation performance, good communication environment is conducive to innovation team. Hinderance network density and centricity in a collaborative network density and team innovation performance make the negative intermediary role. The negative relationship hinder the target of the complete team task and make it into a personal struggle, so as to influence the innovation performance. Team trust level in the collaborative network density and innovative performance make the positive intermediary role. With the increase of collaboration network density, the communication in team members will increase, improve the level of cooperation, so as to improve the innovation performance. The relationship between friendship network density and innovation performance does not exist.
