The Research Of Sustainable Development Of Automobile Manufacturing Industry Cluster Competitiveness In Henan Province Based On SD Model

Automobile manufacturing is one of the important industries in China,which is also of crucial role in the whole development of the national economy.With the increasingly development of economic globalization,the industrial competition in auto manufacturing became more globally and fiercely.In Henan province,where is an important industrial foundation in China,auto manufacturing industry has contributed much to the export-oriented benefit,employment opportunities and tax revenue,and then promote the stabilization of society and the local economic growth.So it is extremely essential to highlight the importance of automobile manufacturing industry and to evaluate the clustered competitiveness of automobile manufacturing in Henan province.Industrial cluster was formed under a given combined condition of technology,resources and market,which also organizationally supported the enterprises with competitive advantage and innovation advantage,acted as an engine in the development of the regional economy.According to the international practice,industrial cluster was the outcome of the fiercely global industrial competition,and was also an inevitable regional response to the challenge of globalization.Acting as an important type of modern economic layout,industrial cluster has been an important developmental strategy of accelerating the economic development in Henan province.The aim of this study was to analyze the operating mechanism of the auto manufacturing industrial cluster in Henan province with the theory and method of system dynamics,and to establish a consequence graph of this cluster with aspects of market,scale and benefit.In order to support the coordinated growth of auto manufacturing industrial cluster in Henan province with a scientific theory base,the system dynamics model of the auto manufacturing industrial cluster in Henan province was integrated with those three subsystems and applied to simulation.Firstly,the systemic purpose of this model,system boundary and index system were confirmed;and then the model of industrial cluster system was established,including causal loop diagram,system flow diagram and system dynamics equation,system simulation was carried out on the model validation;finally,simulation analysis was carried out on the basic behaviors of the auto manufacturing industrial cluster system in Henan province under six assumed simulated conditions.Results:The promoted technical stock and output were significantly related with the government support,financial support and the industrial innovation consciousness;the reputation of the industrial cluster might contribute to the improvement of its competitiveness;the competitiveness of cluster efficiency was enhanced by the improvement of enterprise efficiency.Conclusion:At present,the environment of automobile manufacturing industrial cluster in Henan province was still underdeveloped;the relative policy was unperfected;the innovation consciousness in auto manufacturing industry was weak.In the end,targeted solutions and further suggestions were given on the competitiveness improvement of automobile industrial cluster in Henan province.
