contribution to sustainable development in the global economy.Study on mechanism of effects of factor price distortions on the export of energy,to export,export of industrial structure in China energy consumption provides theoretical support.Developed theory of factor price distortions will increase exports of energy consumption model,respectively,with provinces and the manufacturing industry data to validate the theoretical model.Panel data analysis of the manufacturing industry using the 1999-2013,divided into provinces using 1997-2013 analysis of panel data.First with input-output table method calculation out manufacturing points industry of export implied carbon emissions volume,with directly coefficient method calculation out the province of export implied carbon emissions volume;then respectively calculation points industry and points provinces of elements price twisted situation,elements price twisted to today also have not formed unified of measure method,paper put elements price twisted defined for actual elements using share and theory using share of ratio,last used Stata software using panel data of fixed effect model on data for analysis.Final results showed that manufacturing industries and in the provinces facing the three elements of price distortions and carbon emissions of China's exports had a positive relationship.Meanwhile,exports and export carbon emissions in various sectors have positive relations,energy prices and export carbon has a positive relationship,research funding and personnel and other factors have inverse relationships with exporting carbon emissions.Theoretical hypothesis,we can confirm that at this stage in China's capital,labor and energy market are the three elements are distorted,three price distortions in factor markets to increase the export of carbon emissions in China.This "high input,high energy consumption and low output" export export industry structure as "the troika",one of the drive's mission to sustain economic growth.China's urgent need to change the export industrial structure,correct the factor market distortions,elements of the pricing,and realize the goal of supply side reform.Referred
