With the slowdown of the economic development,it's essential to reform the traditional economic development mode and take advantage of the innovation to driven the economy.Innovation is one of the motives of the society progress.The key factors of innovation are innovation knowledge's and technologies' invention and integration,and the cultivation of innovation talents.As the main part of innovation and the cultivate base of innovation talents,the increase of scientific research teams' innovation ability can promote the progress of our country's whole innovation ability.However,there are still some problems in our scientific research teams and culture construction lagging is one of the key factors.On the basis of analysis the basic features,elements and main function of scientific research team culture,the article take three Nobel Prize cluster scientific research teams as example,and through analysis the factors within these three teams which have promote the innovation ability.Through analysis the situation of our country's scientific research teams,find out the restrict factors on the development of the scientific research teams.Finally,the thesis puts forward the measures to building an innovative and friendly scientific research team culture,that is,the leading role of the government should be correctly played,the cultural construction within the scientific research team should be strengthened,and the cultural attainments of the members of the scientific research team should be actively improved.
