The Influential Factors Analysis On Spatial Aggregation Of Producer Services Industry

Accelerate the development of producer services is the power to promote the industrial restructuring for Yangtze River Delta,and it is the major measure to ensure steady economic growth,so,Promoting the development of productive service industry agglomeration has an important significance of economic development in Yangtze River Delta.Based on this background,this article first calculate various industries location entropy index and spatial Gini coefficient of 16 cites,investigate the agglomeration characteristics of the regional production services in current stage.Then,using panel data of 16 Cities from 2003-2013 years in the Yangtze River Delta region as samples to fit a general panel model;Finally,this article use the spatial error model to test hypotheses,and verify spatial dependence of producer services,measure different action effects of producer services agglomeration of influence factors.Research indicates:(1)The aggregation characteristics of the producer service in Yangtze River Delta showed large differences,the overall degree of agglomeration is not high,and is still low with a significant slowly growth.The current high degree of concentration of the industry for the financial industry,leasing and business industry,transportation,storage and postal services;financial industry in the city of Shanghai,Zhenjiang,Hangzhou,Ningbo and other higher degree of specialization;Shanghai,Zhoushan transportation,warehousing and postal services showed significant agglomeration.In Shanghai City,Zhenjiang,Hangzhou,Ningbo,financial industry have higher degree of specialization;transportation,storage and postal services in Shanghai,Zhoushan show a significant agglomeration.For these cities that have higher level of economic development such as Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou,the degree of agglomeration in various industries are more significant.(2)Producer services industries aggregation presence the positive correlation on the spatial distribution in Yangtze River Delta region.After adding two spatial weight matrix,the empirical results of spatial error model indicates that the links of geography between the regions have a spillover effect on the aggregation of the producer services industries.And improving the aggregation of producer services industries in a city generates spillover effects on surrounding areas,to help other regions to improve the level of service industry.(3)The level of innovation,knowledge overflow,information-technology,city scale,manufacturing association all make a positive and significant effect on the aggregation of producer services industries,but the size of government have a negative effect.According to the results,this article puts forward the suggestion of promoting the spatial agglomeration of producer service industry in Yangtze River Delta region,including improving regional innovation environment,and enhance the creativity;integrate the industry resource,and strengthen the flow of elements;playing the government functions correctly,and guide industrial agglomeration;establishing the manufacturing industry interaction mechanism,drive the development of service industry.
