With the continuous development of garment industry and the improvement of network technology, the competition becomes more bigger in the garment industry. Electronic commerce is widely used in all field, but there are a lot of problems, such as the quality of the products, logistics and site safety, which limit the development of e-commerce. In order to make money in the field of the e-commerce, more enterprises pay attention to the prospects and challenges of the electronic commerce. Therefore, the research of garment enterprise e-commerce strategy is very important. At present, the research of the whole garment e- commerce is relatively less. Based on the garment e-commerce, this paper makes a systematic study.This study firstly analyzes the concepts of e-commerce, further defines the concepts and theories of e-commerce based on the consumer client. On the basis of the analysis of enterprise e-commerce environment, the paper points out the problems existing in the construction of garment industry e-commerce. Combined with the characteristics of garment industry, the paper builds the garment enterprise e-commerce optimization index system. The index mainly includes the enterprise management, product management, service management, brand management and site management. The paper makes a valuable discussion in the five aspects of garment industry e-commerce optimization strategy. Through expert advice and market research, the paper determines the influence factors of garment enterprise e-commerce and makes an evaluation model through fuzzy hierarchy method. In attempt to improve the competition and gain a new method, the paper makes a study on the system of the garment e-commerce theory and optimization.
