Analysis Of The Current Pragmatic Failures Of Newspapers In China From The Perspective Of Speech Act Theory

News language is one of the main contents of the flowing of social information,carrying the tasks of information dissemination,public opinions and policy advocacy.Especially the mainstream newspaper news language,as the backbone of the media language,often affect people's attitudes and behavior in the daily life.With the perspective of speech act theory and combining with the current social and cultural context of our country,it is the main content of this paper to study the errors in the use of news language in China from the aspects of verbal motives,verbal attitudes and verbal expressions of journalism.This paper analyzes the specific forms,causes and and the influence of the pragmatic failure of the current newspaper news in order to help the news media to standardize the newspapers and form a harmonious news language life.From the perspective of speech act theory,combined with the relative concept of pragmatics and journalism and using the content analysis method,the comparative research method,the description and interpretation method,the paper uses the "Renmin Ribao","China Youth News","The Beijing News "," Nanfang Daily " news texts since 2008 for the corpus to carry out the study.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the theory of "speech act" and pragmatic failure,which focuses on the inspiration of the theory of speech act theory on pragmatic failure.The second chapter introduces the characteristics of the newspaper news language from the content level and the expression level of the language information respectively,according to the current social context of our country.The third chapter is the analysis of newspaper corpus,through the statistics and analysis of the phenomenon of pragmatic failure in the " Renmin Ribao ","China Youth News "," The Beijing News ","Nanfang Daily" four newspapers samples,the paper sums up the the characterization of pragmatic failures in current newspaper news language,including speech acts of violence,speech acts of discrimination,speech acts of indifference and compliment and speech acts of excessive speech and non-speaking four aspects.The fourth chapter discusses the causes of the pragmatic failure of the news in the light of the implication of the current newspaper news language,the speech intention of the subject body,the moral ethics of the subject body and the expression factor of the speech mode.The fifth chapter introduces the impact of news pragmatic failure on news communication effect and harmonious news language life,and puts forward some thoughts on avoiding the negative influence of news pragmatic failure.
