Cultural Research On Network-made Variety Show Based On The Theory Of Carnival Theory

With the development of new media and Internet technology, unprecedented development is occurred for the network self-made variety shows which have become an irresistible historical trend, they attract people's attention successfully and have been loved by the general audience, especially the "blowout". type of development of network homemade variety shows provide a diversified stage which is free,equal, and can release the pressure for the audience,in a way let us in such a show "Carnival" era.Why the Internet variety show own so strong growth momentum and even compete with TV variety shows? What barriers do they break through and what traits do they have to attract eyeballs? What are the revelry practices which are reflected from these traits? What kind of cultural essence do these shows contain?In this paper, the research object is the network homemade variety show, mainly taking "My Song","Specially Discussed For You", "Runaway Custom Laws"program as an example, taking Bakhtin's carnival theory as the theoretical basis, using the methods of literature research and text analysis to reveal carnival characteristics and cultural connotation of the network homemade variety show.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts:Firstly, the paper conducts a detailed overview for the homemade variety shows characteristics which originate from the network system, summarizing the unique carnival features of the program, laying the foundation for specifically analyzing carnival practices of the homemade variety shows. Secondly, the paper analyzes the carnival practices of the homemade variety shows through combining concrete cases,analyzing what subjects are carnival in the specific time and space? How to embody shows carnival features. Finally, through the above chapters of research and analysis,the paper sums up the carnival cultural connotations of network homemade variety shows.
