Target User Mining Research On Educational Resources Recommendation In Social Networks

With the development of Internet and information technology,the network information is more and more rich.People are increasingly inclined to use social networking platform to seek more access to educational resources.The question is that how to accurately and rapidly access to the target educational resources in a limited time.Thus,data mining,information recommendation,classification and other preface technology came into being.Sina micro-blogging social networking platform provides a huge data source to analyze user interests comprehensively,which has become a hot area of research in recent years.In order to effectively recommend useful information to users,it is necessary to find the target users that focus on the similar resource.The most important is how to accurately analyze the interests and preferences of the target user.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Research on technology and preprocessing of social network target user data acquisition.The experimental data of this paper was received by crawler which is based on Scrapy technology.Further,the user basic attribute information and blog information which used for processing of the participles were obtained.The preprocessing includes removal of words and so on.(2)Research on user interest feature extraction and target user mining.Through the comparison of LDA modeling and improved LDA modeling,it is found that the improved LDA model is more accurate in topic modeling.The experimental results indicate that the classification results can show the user's attention tendency more accurately by clustering Semi-supervised algorithm based on target user mining.(3)Research on System visualization technology and implementation.By means of Java for back-end data processing and HTML CSS technology for front-end display,the target user classification results are displayed with the interface eventually.The ultimate goal of the study is to serve the primary school students and the parents concerned about primary education resources.The system can quickly and accurately access to the relevant teaching resources.At the same time,the use of the system will help school education managers to carry out work,and the teaching resources can be recommended to the target user accurately and pointedly.
