Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing Behavior Of Question-and-answer Virtual Community Users

In the rapid development of the Internet today,people tend to get information from the network,we only need to put forward their own problems in the Internet will be able to quickly get the solution.In this case,the question answering virtual community is formed,and the sharing of information on the Internet is the basic condition for the development of the virtual community.With the rapid development of the Internet,how to guide people to share knowledge and improve the development of question answering virtual community has become the focus of attention.This article mainly aims at the characteristics of question answering virtual community,trust,relationship and reward system selection 6 variables three model to construct the user knowledge sharing model for the study of the factors influencing the behavior,the paper proposes six hypotheses.The design of the questionnaire,select all ages and education represents as the research object for investigation,using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of relevant data information were obtained,anaysis results showed that:in thequestion answering virtual community,offline activities,establish contacts,members of the real name registration,expert participation,public recognition and reward upgrade the way of sharing behavior have a significant positive effect on user knowledge.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to improve the user knowledge sharing behavior.
