China is a big country with large area of ocean, with its coastline reaches 18,000 kilometers. There are many resources in the ocean.21 st Century is considered the realization of marine informatization is the requirement of the times.Of which Marine Internet(MI)is the infrastructure,so the development of Marine Internet technology has a very important and far-reaching significance. At present, the network communication on the sea is still not as convenient as that on the land, lack of infrastructure and harsh natural environment.Pose difficulty for network communication, except for satellite communication on the sea, ships on the ocean have the encounter opportunity, which can be used to deliver the messages.Opportunistic networks often do not depend on the infrastructure, there is no end to end connectivity throughout the node it uses the opportunity of node's movement to transfer data.Based on the characteristics of the marine environment, this paper studies the ships opportunistic network and its routing.Due to the wide area of the ocean, the ship(communication node)is sparse, and unevenly distributed possibility of the ship to ship encounter is relatively low.On the ships low speed, few obstacles fixed routes and predictable position.Taking into consideration other characteristics of position predictable position is easy and other related features, combined with the ocean shipping opportunity network design.A new routing protocol of ship position information network based on the opportunities is designed to improve the network performance and the possibility of network communication between ships on the sea.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)the opportunistic network is introduced, its characteristics and present weakness are analyzed.(2)the connectivity evaluation index for opportunistic networks are analyzed,a set of connectivity quantization scheme system constructed, the performance of the whole network by calculating the route detection packet transceiver verified on the simulation platform;(3)according to the characteristics of the marine environment and ship moving characteristics,a ship position prediction scheme, that is using satellite positioning to acquire the ship position information,AIS gets the heading direction and speed, combined with the Lagrange polynomial interpolation algorithm to predict the location of the ship under a short time.(4)the weakness of the classical machine routing protocol is put forward, spray and wait is analyzed.Protocol is improved,by introducing the location information of the ship.Combining the position prediction algorithm,a new routing protocol is designed, improving the routing convergence speed to a certain extent, and thus enhance the network performance;(5)according to the real route, the network model is established, and the simulation is carried out with data analyzed after simulation. The experimental results show that compared with the existing classic opportunity network routing protocol, the algorithm proposed in this paper improves the success rate of data transfer, routing convergence time is reduced;on the other hand,in the ocean scene,to detect packet transceiver than for reference, the new protocol is better than the original by the performance and network connectivity.
