With the development of modern science and technology,the detection of surface information of tiny and precision components is paid more and more attention in many fields.There are some limitations when using traditional detection methods,such as the size is too small,the surface shape change is not obvious As well as in the detection process is likely to cause damage and so on.Dimensional reconstruction is a method to detect surface information.and non-contact measurement method can be achieved without damage,high-precision detection so the detection of small and precision surface information,you can use the three-dimensional reconstruction method to detect.This paper proposes a three-dimensional detection method of precision components based on dispersion confocal method,and studies this method.Investigated the research status of dispersion confocal instrument and three-dimensional reconstruction in domestic and abroad,it is found that there are few studies on the use of dispersion-collimator for 3D reconstruction.Most of the studies are focused on the measurement of thickness and confocal microscopy.In addition,the traditional detection methods have been unable to meet the detection requirements of small precision components,while the existing small and sophisticated components of the detection method can also be some improvement and exploration.Meanwhile,the detection methods of micro and precision components can also be improved and explore.Therefore,the detection method proposed in this paper by the dispersion of confocal instrument for the data acquisition equipment,without using the traditional three-dimensional reconstruction of the camera and cameras to acquire the measured object of two-dimensional image,at the same time,to process the acquisition of data measured on the surface correspondly.And studies The 3D reconstruction of the surface information of the tiny and precision components.The main work in this paper is as follows:firstly,build a dispersion confocal detection system,including the dispersion of confocal instrument,micro-displacement XY two-dimensional platform,the air floating platform,the computer and so on.Secondly,analyzes the hardware used in the detection system,mainly on the dispersion of confocal instrument and micro-displacement XY 2D platform researching the theoretical analysis and detailed and the clear principle of the relevant part;then set up the detection system of three-dimensional coordinate system,using modeling software to design its actual structure,at the same time,the analysis and planning of the acquisition path,according to the debugging of the path planning,and implementation of the path;finally,the collected data is used to generate the 3D point cloud,and deal with 3D point cloud generated by the removal of outliers and noise.Meanwhile,also studies the generation of NURBS surface.And the three-dimensional reconstruction of the two measured objects are compared to illustrate the effectiveness of the detection system.The three-dimensional reconstruction of the subject is compared with the results obtained by the traditional method to illustrate the advantages of 3D reconstruction.
