Research On Internet Public Opinion Communication Based On Social Network Analysis Method

Nowadays,under the mode of multi polarization information communication,it is urgent to prevent and deal with the unexpected incidents of Internet public opinion.This article takes a new view and uses 8 theories,including the theory of SNA and MDS,small world theory,behavior management system's theory,Shannon's information communication's theory,agenda setting theory,good governance theory and life cycle theory etc.In addition,using social network analysis' method and combining with typical representative of emergency case are to collect,organize,analyze and verify the network data.Therefore,the main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,quantitative analysis is used to measure integral network structure,internal structure and individual network's roles.Secondly,by using principle of MDS analysis,the validity of the interaction matrix of public opinion's transmission is verified,which is prepared for the analysis of above three structures.Thirdly,small world theory is considered on emergency public opinion transmission's network,which is verified the existence of"small world phenomenon".Afterward,this article explores the causes of "small world phenomenon",and presents the interaction between actors,network information circulation,transmission velocity,and its influence to the emergency network public opinion dissemination.Fourthy,behavior management system theory is applied to the emergency of network communication,in the meanwhile,the system model has been modificated and tested by an example analysis.After that,critical value's model of the actor's bad behavior in the emergency network public opinion dissemination is obtained.Finally,according to the case study discoveries,this article puts forward control's advice which is related to emergency network public opinion dissemination,the four stages' management recommendations and guidance mechanism.Among them,in the part of guide mechanism,with the help of Shannon's information communication theory,this paper also puts forward the source-sink-messenger thinking guidance mechanism,proposes the guiding mechanism between the government and the publicand based on good governance theory and puts forward media guiding mechanism based on agenda setting theory.
