Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Daxing'anling Radio Station

In the internet age,broadcasting,as a traditional media,is undergoing dramatic changes in the new media frame.Reform and innovation is urgent for the broadcasting media which is running under traditional way.For Ta Hingan Ling Broadcasting and Radio Station,as a basic district-city level media and a unit of four-level broadcasting system,reformative and transformative development is obvious and necessary.The Station remains the only fully financed unit of public institutions in Heilongjiang Province.This thesis explores the opportunities and challenges for the broadcasting and radio station reform.The thesis covers the points below: the principles of broadcasting and radio station reform and development in China and abroad;the special environment of Da Hingan Ling Broadcasting and Radio Station;the existing problems in the reform for Da Hingan Ling Broadcasting and Radio Station in terms of development ideas,services supply,HR management,innovation awareness,and organization system;and the relevant internal and external causes.Based on the above,drawing on the advanced experiences from other domestic district-city level broadcasting and radio stations,and the existing system and resources of Da Hingan Ling Broadcasting and Radio Station,the thesis attempts to provide relevant reform and development approaches.
