In today's communication,high speed acquisition and rapid data storage has become more and more popular,of course,the performance of storage devices requirements has become increasingly shrill,especially the storage equipment applied in the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics.In the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics,the requirement of data storage is superior.The storage system which is used in the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics must have the characteristics of large storage capacity,high transmission speed,storage security,system stability and so on.It is this high specification,which makes the rapid development of China's aerospace industry.This paper takes SSD which uses NAND Flash as the storage medium as the research object,and designs a SSD storage device based on multi interfaces.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the design of storage device,the development history of SSD and the current research situation at home and abroad.Describes the structure of storage devices and analyzes the differences and advantages of the NAND Flash chip and NOR Flash chip,the operating system Petalinux and environment building process are introduced.The designed storage device can store data quickly and read/write quickly,Its storage mode adopts RAID5 disk array structure,and uses bad block management mechanism to ensure data security,And uses the net mouth as the data output port,and realizes the data interaction with the PC.This paper mainly talks about the software system of the storage device,the software includes network program,driver program,multithread application and so on.Finally,the software of the device is tested and divided into functional testing and performance testing.The test results show that the designed multi interface SSD storage device has reached the predetermined requirements and functions,and laid the foundation for further research and promotion.
