With the development of embedded system and wireless communication system, more and more technology is used in the field of automatic identification. RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology has a few good features such as low power consumption, non lineof-sight, non-contact, etc., it has a broad application scenario in large-scale storage systems, underground parking, exhibition hall, supermarket, construction sites and other automatic identification field. Many situations need to use the indoor positioning technology, such as: warehouse goods orientation, production assembly line item orientation, site construction personnel positioning. However, RFID system for indoor positioning of the related research on track moving target positioning can't achieve a good level.In this paper, we purpose the trajectory tracking algorithm according to the relationship between RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) and movement direction based on RFID technology for indoor mobile target.The main research work and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper use minimizing the variance of data sets to the original data set for noise reduction. Then, we design the estimate error compensation model for error compensation because it will produce error when we get the distance information from RSSI. This way can ensure the accuracy of the eventually participate in the operation of the data.(2) We design variation function control mutation probability of the particle swarm algorithm. It can solve the problem that particle swarm algorithm easy to fall into local optimal. We through mutation changes the optimal location to avoid falling into local search of particle swarm optimization.(3) Based on the change of signal intensity difference, we design a dynamic trajectory tracking algorithm for indoor mobile target. This paper design deviation parameter through the historical information of the trajectory to dynamic correct target trajectory. To achieve the purpose of improving precision of trajectory tracking. Before the overall trajectory have obvious deviation, we can timely correct trajectory. In the end, we will reach the purpose of improving precision of trajectory tracking.As for the experiment, after the software get the original data information we use MATLAB for data preprocessing, the realization of a location and trajectory tracking. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively improve the positioning accuracy. It has a good application prospect in the indoor track of moving target positioning.
