Design And Application Of Clinical Path Management System Based On HIS

Clinical pathway (referred to as CP) a standard medical plan which standardizes and detailed analysis the conventional treatment of special diseases in order to standardize treatment program in the unit of hospital days. On the one hand, Clinical pathway can shorten the average days in hospital, regulate the treatment behavior, on the other hand, it can improve the quality of clinical pathways management and upgrade the competitiveness of hospital. This paper research and analysis of the demand for hospital clinical pathway, working on a set of feasible solutions. The clinical pathway System is in the Hospital Information System (referred to as HIS) on the secondary development, Using WEBSERVICES and WIN32 standard dynamic link library technology to docking with the HIS system, better to embed the clinical pathway management System in the HIS, on the basis of the clinical pathway form issued by the ministry of health guidance, implementing clinical path configuration management, clinical pathway application execution, statistical analysis of the three major functions of a clinical pathway quality control. Up to now, the system has been put into use in some departments of hospitals and runs well, in a word, it is not only meet the needs of policy of administration,but also regulate the treatment behavior and upgrade the medical quality.
