The purpose of this subject is through continuous monitoring short-term stress, heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability changes of physiological information, analysis the change of the physiological information and individual the relationship between the degree of depression, study whether can get a set of accurate and feasible evaluation method. This study used two factors mixed experimental design, experimental argument is: degree of depression(depression, depression), experimental interphase(baseline, stress period, recovery period). The index(the dependent variable is blood pressure including systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, continuous blood pressure mean, continuous blood pressure integral value), heart rate and heart rate variability index(including Lf, Hf, Lf/Hf). Subjects to Heilongjiang University undergraduate course grade boy 30 people. Specific subjects according to degree of depression is divided into two groups, the test subjects in each group in two experiments between the values of the dependent variable. Finally according to the characteristics of the three factors mixed experimental design using SPSS statistical software to analyze data results: two groups of subjects of systolic blood pressure, and continuous blood pressure mean, continuous, heart rate and blood pressure integral value Lf/Hf in stress period were significantly increased, and the rising degree of depression group is less than the depression group, the baseline period and recovery period no significant difference between the two groups. Two groups of subjects of diastolic blood pressure in stress period were significantly increased, no significant difference between different experimental period. Of Lf and Hf in period of stress in depression group were significantly lower, the depression group drop degree is less than the depression group, the baseline period and recovery period no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: depression under mental arithmetic stress when the cardiovascular activities(blood pressure, heart rate, Lf/Hf) level was significantly lower than the rise ofthe depression, can appear the phenomenon of passivation of cardiovascular stress reaction, the depression is more sensitive to mental stress. Verify the information by monitoring the physiological stress by short-term stimulus to determine the individual degree of depression is feasible. To determine depressive symptoms provides a new research method, the research between the cardiovascular system and depressive symptoms contact played a positive meaning.
