Doctor-patient dispute hindere the healthy development of the doctor-patient relationship, acting as a destructive factor of the doctor-patient harmony. In recent years, the doctor-patient dispute often happen, with escalating conflict forms, causing extensive concern of the society from all walks of life, and the study on such incidents report become a hot topic of academic circles of journalism and communication. Based on the theory of frame, media select and organize the reported by certain concept system, and the choice of this particular path determines "what the reports say " and "how to say". Different media has different news frame, and this paper takes the medical disputes report from 2010 to 2014 of ?Health News? as the research object, trying to analyze the form and content, probe into its media frame behind, check the existing questions, and put forward some improving suggestions.The paper will be divided into five parts, the introduction expounds the background and significance of this research, define the core concept of "medical disputes report",describe the process of its development, and introduce the condition of relative research at home and abroad, the methods and innovations of the research.The first chapter analyzes the general situation of ?Health News?, including five aspects:the number, length, layout, theme and photo of the report, and find the problems as follows : the number of the reported is few and focus on individual incident of the hot topic; the report of medium-short length occupy a large proportion, and the report of long length is few; the layout of the report is concentrated, lacking expanding reading; message and commentary is more than other themes, lacking communication and in-depth report; the number of the photo is fewer in whole, with improper collocation of adjacent reporters.The second chapter is the emphasis of the paper.According to the the statistical analysis of ?Health News?, the frame of doctor-patient dispute reports is concerned with three aspects ——the topic, source and keyword of the news, finding its features as follows: the topics of the news highlight the processing and evaluation of the events, paying attention to popularization of laws; the sources give priority to officials and doctors, ignoring the voice of patients; the keywords give doctors a image of vulnerable groups.The third chapter expounds the reasons of the formation of the tendency above, mainly divided into four aspects: in the matter of the media environment, the needs of publicity of the government policy and the continuation of traditional culture of the respect of the doctors, makes officials and doctors as the main source of ?Health News?; in the matter of the position of media, as a media spoken for health care and government, the tendency of the judgment of news value and its policy bias within organizations, are tightly relevant to the frame of government; in the matter the development of disputes between doctors and patients, the tense doctor-patient relationship and the both rising consciousness of protecting their own rights of doctors and patients, make ?Health News? attach importance to public opinion guidance and publicity of laws;in the matter of the demand of audience, the huge information needs and selective recognition of dispute of doctor groups strengthen the protection tendency of the doctors.The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement opinion for ?Health News? in view of the deficiency of doctor-patient dispute. In terms of report forms, it can be devided as follows: in view of the layout of news,it should enriched the contents of the report; in view of the theme of news, it should increase the percentage of communication and in-depth report, explaining the doctor-patient disputes deeply;in view of the photo of news, it should add the use of photo and reasonablely arrange the collocation and adjacent photos. In terms of contents, it can be devided as follows: in view of the subject content, it should focus on the fact of event, link the event description, response, handle and analysis tightly, analyzing of events in a three-dimensional way; in view of news sources, it should pay attention to the balance of doctors and patients, and increase the prescriptions of the third party; in view of news keywords, it should present the event objectively, and reshape the doctor-patient media image on both sides.
