In the1980s, the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries rase the thought of reflective teacher in education, which affirmed the impact of the ability of reflection on teachers' professional development. Domestic new curriculum reform clearly puts forward the evaluation system which promotes teachers' continuous improvement, emphasizes that the teachers should analysis and reflect on their own teaching conduct.That is to say, teaching reflection plays an important role on the teachers' professional development. As the initial of teachers' education, the normal students' ability of instructional reflection has a far-reaching impact on the whole teachers' professional growth throughout the teaching career.On strategies to cultivate reflective teacher, writting reflective journals plays an important role on the teaching reflection building. With the development of information technology and internet, the application of Blog has become an increasing concern, many schools now use the internet communication tool----Blog to write reflective teaching journals, To investigate the characteristics of the normal students' ability of instructional reflection and the effectiveness of using Blog this form to improve the normal students' ability of instructional reflection, this thesis uses qualitative research methods, with qualitative analysis software NVivo, makes an in-depth study on reflective journals,which are worten by the normal students during the edacation practice.The introduction section of the paper briefly introduces the cause why to do this research, sums the current situation of domestic and foreign, and has a clear about the research problems and research methods.The theory of teaching reflection and its content, level are defined and summarized in the section of theory. The research content section sudies the characteristics of the normal students' ability of instructional reflection and the effectiveness of using Blog this form to improve the normal students' ability of instructional reflection, and analyzes, discusses related factors influencing the normal students'teaching reflection ability, and puts forward related suggestions. Finally this paper summarizes the innovation points and drawbacks.From the theoretical perspective, the study of this paper enriches the teaching reflection theory, summed up the characteristics of the information technology normal students'normal students' ability of instructional reflection; from the practical perspective, this research provides the reference and new ideas for the training of the normal students' ability of instructional reflection.
