Colleges and universities are significant places for the cultivation of talents and dissemination of culture.Public opinion on the internet in college is a reflection of college students' emotions,attitudes and values.College "honkers" are active participants in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,with an aim to meet the needs of the time and the demands of educational innovation and development,and provide a powerful guarantee for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper examines and illustrates the college Internet "honkers" from the perspectives of the basic connotations,characteristics and their job responsibilities.At present,the network of college "honkers" has its own political characteristics and the value of the era.On the basis of the fundamental theories of modern ideological and political pedagogy,the analysis of the needs for college students' growth and development,the cultivation of campus clture and the harmonious development of the society further highlights the necessity of researching the network construction of college "honkers".It is observed that the construction of the network of college"honkers" have deficiencies like inadequate understanding,short of personal quality,lack of a comprehensive system.Therefore,it is important to put forward the countermeasures for the constructing of the network.The existing problems should be tackled on the basis of relevant analysis by improving the recognition,enhancing the quality of team members and strengthening the construction of mechanism so as to achieve the steady development of college "honkers".
