Procrastination is a phenomenon prevalent among college students,and academic procrastination is an irrational behavior happened in school situations,and academic procrastionation refers to irrational delay of learning tasks that studengts know they are willing and should accomplish with bad emotion experience frequently.The elementary education stage in our country,procrastination behavior is not obvious,because,students in their own lives and learning get free is not high,in the study plan to listen to the parents and teachers arranged,their own in a passive obedience stage,academic delays will be parents and teachers criticized.And to the university stage,the students dominate the time to increase,spare time increased,the energy in the study to reduce the operation can drag the concept of dragging began to take root,this learning delay behavior began to breed in the college students.Modern research shows that 90%of college students have this tendency to learn,learning delay not only affect the completion of student learning tasks,but also bring bad emotional experience,such as anxiety and so on.Based on internal and external research,this paper deals with the quantitative analysis of College Students' sports activities,time management disposition and academic procrastination by using the lacademic procrastination questionnaire,physical activity scale and adolescent time management scale,A comprehensive understanding of college students in physical exercise,delay time management disposition and learning on the overall situation and Analysis of the correlation between the three,to further explore the impact of sports activities on the learning delay mechanism,to provide a theoretical basis for the study of intervention measures to delay learning.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Students exercise shows sports college students scored in the amount in the lower level,shows that the overall level of college students sports activities in the middle;the whole college sports strength is the middle level;in the movement time for the middle level;the movement frequency is lower than the medium level.(2)College sports activities in gender,grade and major differences on variables: the boy in the exercise time,frequency and intensity are obviously higher and lower grade students ingirls;the intensity and frequency of dimension movement was significantly higher than high grade students;sports professional students is significantly higher than that in non sports majors sports activities and dimensions.(3)The whole time management disposition of college students is on the middle level;the time monitoring view dimension and time dimension of efficacy in the gender variable has significant differences,boys are higher than girls;low grade students in the time dimension of efficacy was significantly higher than high grade students;professional sports college students in the dimension of time value,time control the concept of dimension and time management disposition should be significantly higher than non sports majors.(4)College students in the study of procrastination phenomenon accounted for 42% of the university students in the lower grades of college students academic procrastinationis significantly higher than the high school students.(5)There is a significant correlation between College Students' sports activities,time management disposition and academic procrastination.Physical activity has a significant negative predictive effect on academic procrastination,and time management disposition has a significant negative predictive effect onacademic procrastination.(6)Time management disposition plays an intermediary role between physical activity and academic procrastination.
