Since the central government proposed "building great social worker team" at 2006,relevant ministries and local governments enact development goals of the amount of social worker.However,the problem that social work students' graduate mean occupational change is serious.At the same time,turnover rate of social worker is also on the high side.Social workers play as a role of "help people to help themselves".In the process of social service,social workers receive both acceptance and controversy from community.It's benefit to pay attention to social worker's subjective well-being for not only building the team of social workers but also promoting human resource development and management of social work and the health of this occupation.The first study,through the questionnaire survey,the random sampling survey of social work institutions in Guangzhou City,understand the level of social workers ' SWB,job identity and social support,by using SPSS19.0 to analyze data,the results show that,(1)The overall level of social workers' SWB is moderate and needs to be improved;(2)The SWB of social workers is significantly different in age,working age,position,occupational qualification,occupational identity and social support;(3)Through regression analysis,continuity of job identity and unity of job identity can effectively predict the SWB of social workers;subjective support and use of support can effectively predict the SWB of social workers.The second study,using single-factor two-level group design,we selected mindfulness training as a PPI technology to intervene the experimental group,and did not do any processing to the control group.After one month of intervention,the SWB of the experimental group was significantly improved,the control group did not have significant differences,thus the following conclusions,PPI effectively improve the SWB of social workers.
