Remote minority areas is facing multiple contradictions, the contradiction shows the characteristics of diversified, complicated and sensitive.G, as a Hui village of NingXia south mountainous are, it under multiple contradiction interweave, together with the plight of the governance body, it is difficult to effective governance of this Hui village alone.In this paper, under the guidance of qualitative methodology, the researcher had done a lot of field interviews and observation. In combination with multidisciplinary knowledge, contradictory balance are analyzed by applying the analysis method of "event-process".Although the governance bodies of Hui village have done something to balance the contradictions, due to the plight of the subject itself causes contradictions existing for a long time, the contradictions has been not effectively solved.Rural authority to slip, facing the contradiction "don't want to say", "dare not say", "says no one listen to; Village committee "to", "put", "cheat" strategy has played a positive role in mediation to the relatively small rural internal contradiction, but helpless in the face of complicated contradictions. Contradictions inside the temple out-broke, and temple can't balance of contradictions; County and township levels of government, as the main body of contradictions in balance, used "to", "push" and "pull" mode, has solved some contradictions, but using this way for a long time caused the villagers' dissatisfaction and resentment, unraveling the villagers for the grassroots government trust.
