In recent years,4G networks and wireless communication technology are more and more convenient and popular,and mobile devices is more and more intelligent and delicate,and mobile users grow explosively.So far,mobile phone,IPAD,laptops have occupied half field.Move your fingers,and never leave home,almost all can satisfy the demand of the Internet,and people's lifestyle change has taken place.In mid-march 2005,premier li keqiang has taken “Internet +” to the strategic position in his government work report for the first time.At the same time,the national investment to GDP ratio increased year by year in the education industry,and development space and potential of education industry is very huge.Internet +education has gotten the attention of more and more people,accepted by more and more people.Education industry operators of sharp business acumen have migrated onto the mobile education market,vigorously promote mobile education application,and put forward a series of measures to improve the service function,increase attraction,improve conversion rate.However,with the rapid rise of the mobile education out of sync is to use the uncertainty of the crowd.Why mobile users on the use of mobile education will not reach the synchronous growth? What factors affected those users to adopt and accept the mobile education? And how these factors affect the users to adopt and accept education in different degrees? What makes users give up continuing to use the mobile education on the halfway ? Which factors is superficial ?Which is deep?Which is the key? The solution of these problems of mobile education is crucial for operators to promote mobile education application preferably.Firstly,this paper uses content analysis to summary the era of Internet + mobile education factors,tease out mobile education influence factors.And after interviewing of 13 experts,brainstorming and modified and perfected,the paper has receive six affective factors of mobile education.They are instructor,perceived value,the cognitive load,education resources,incentives and peer collaboration.Secondly,through the explanation structure model,using MATLAB software,get the adjacency matrix and matrix,the hierarchy of the logical relation model between influence factors.Finally,through a structural equation model,with the aid of AMOS software,the paper has built mobile education influence factor model,and with the help of SPSS software,the paper has tested the reliability and validity of data from the questionnaire.The research conclusion of this paper is: Firstly,through the build of mobile education influence factors of structural equation model,the paper shows that instructor is underlying factors of mobile education factors.And it has a direct positive influence on perceived value,the cognitive load respectively,education resources.And incentives and peer collaboration has a direct impact on user adoption and accept mobile education.Secondly,the instructor has the most remarkable influence on the cognitive load,and this is an interesting conclusion of this paper.In the process of the whole mobile education adopt and accept,The cognitive load is the key factor and link for accepting the education continuously.So mobile education development operator should pay more attention to the understanding of educates.Mobile education applications is more than just a way of spreading or profiting,it is more important to supply individal service for different users which meet their physical truth.This is the breakthrough of the mobile education for the future development.
