Huoxue Ruanjian Fuzheng Intervenes In The Clinical Study Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

Chronic hepatitis b has a high morbidity in China,which is short of an effective cure.If liver inflammation is not well controlled,it will progress to liver fibrosis.Because of the complicated pathogenesis of liver fibrosis,so now it is still lack of targeted programmes in western medicine.What’s more,the treatment of long-term effects is poor,which lead to the restriction in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicine,becomes a trend to treat liver fibrosis,which has rich expriences,curative effect and diverse methods.Objectve:This research use HXRJFZ prescription to treat liver fibrosis patients with blood stasis due to qi deficiency.This study observes the effectiveness and safty of this treatment.It measures Tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase-1 and lipopolysaccharide in serum,from which to explore the effectictive mechanism providing scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:The 41 patients with blood stasis due to qi deficiency who met the inclusion criteria,were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group by using random number method.Chinese medicine group has 21 cases,but one patient is off.Control group has 20 cases.In the Chinese medicine group patients were treated with HXRJFZ prescription,the other group were given Fu Fang Bie Jia Ruan Gan tablet.Two groups have same time to take the medicine for six months.Before and after treatment it need to record symptom integral scords,detect the the liver ultrasound and liver stiffness measurement,test the width of portal vein and the thickness of the spleen,examine liver function and hepatic fibrosis indexes and Tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase-1 and lipopolysaccharide in serum.It also need to observe related safety index changes before the treatment and after three months and after all treatment.Then compare all the index and make statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 85%and the marked effective rate was 10%.The total effective rate of the control group was 55%and the marked effective rate was 5%.Compared with the control group,Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).2.Compared with pretreatment,both Chinese medicine group and control group can obvisiously improve the syndromes scores(p<0.01),compared with control group,effect of the Chinese medicine group is better(p<0.05).3.Compared with pretreatment,both Chinese medicine group and control group can significantly reduce the liver stiffness measurement(P<0.01),but compared with the control group,Chinese group effect is better(p<0.05).Both groups can decrease the width of portal vein and spleen thickness(P<0.05).In reducing the thickness of spleen,the effect of the Chinese medicine was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).4.Compared with pretreatment,Chinese medicine group and control group can reduce the ALT,GGT,HA and PⅢP and LN level in the serum(P<0,05).After treatment compared with the control group,The Chinese medicine group can reduce ALT,HA and PⅢP level in the serum more significantly(P<0.05).But in reduction of CIV level,the control group was better than the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).5.Compared with pretreatment,Chinese medicine group and control group can reduce TIMP-1 level in the serum(P<0.05),but no obvious difference of the level in the serum was found between the two groups(P>0.05)6.Compared with pretreatment,Chinese medicine group can reduce the LPS level in the serum(P<0.05).But no obvious effect was found in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.HXRJFZ prescription can significantly improve the syndromes scores,which can also reduce liver stiffness measurement and the width of the portal vein and the spleen thickness.2.HXRJFZ prescription can significantly reduce the serum level of ALT,GGT,HA,PIIIP and LN,to reduce liver inflammation and inhibit the formation and deposition of collagen fibers,which prevent or reverse hepatic fibrosis.3.HXRJFZ prescription can reduce the serum level of TIMP-1 and LPS,alleviating antagonism to MMPs,accelerating the degradation of collagen,preventing and reversing hepatic fibrosis process.
