Early diagnosis of liver disease is essential for the treatment.Because the development of hepatic fibrosis in liver tissue affects elasticity characteristics of organization structure,noninvasive detection of soft tissue elasticity is of great practical value to early diagnosis of liver disease and follow up evaluation of therapeutic effect.The study of the elastic properties of the liver tissue in different region is an important parameter to understand the distribution of the elastic properties of liver tissue and to detect and monitor the disease.In this paper,the method of ultrasonic elasticity measurement of compressed body is discussed,study on the relationship between organizational flexibility and compression displacement,the velocity of shear wave propagation in tissue is generated by ultrasonic radiation force,the method for the inversion of elastic properties of tissues,study on the elastic distribution of isolated porcine liver tissues in different regions,the results showed that the distribution of elasticity in different porcine liver regions was different,through data statistical analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the liver tissue of pigs has two statistical regions with different ultrasonic elastic properties.The research contents of this paper include:(1)In this paper,the relationship between displacement and elastic displacement is studied by means of the method of ultrasonic compression.(2)Shear wave is generated in the body by ultrasonic radiation force,the relationship between shear wave velocity and elasticity is obtained,compared with the elastic method of ultrasonic compression measurement.In this paper,shear wave method was used to study the distribution of porcine liver tissue.(3)Elastic measurement of shear wave in soft tissue using ultrasonic radiation force was used to study the elastic properties of porcine liver,the liver is divided into 18 regions,Depending on the thickness of the liver tissue,each region determines the location of the radiation force and the amount of radiation force,stimulated shear wave,the shear wave is obtained by analyzing the shear wave.The results show that the range of the shear wave is about 5mm to 7mm,and the average velocity range is about 0.4092m/s-0.5059m/s;the average velocity range of the shear wave is about 0.1m/s~0.4092m/s m/s in the area of the pig liver,which is about 7mm.Shear wave is shear wave,and the propagation velocity is 0.1~10 m/s.A shear wave velocity is obvious difference between the two regions,because the shear wave velocity and elastic modulus theory has positive correlation,this paper considers two areas with elastic statistical characteristics of distribution of pig liver tissue.In this paper,the results of the study on the regional distribution of ultrasound elasticity of liver tissue provide a technical idea for the health and disease detection of liver.
