Medical service is a social cause,which is related to people’s health and safety.Medical treatment is not good,it is likely to lead to the intensification of social contradictions.The hospital must pay attention to the quality of medical service and improve the deficiency in time,which is the requirement of hospital management,and also the requirement of medical service.The evaluation of medical service quality can help the hospital to find out the problems and deficiencies in the process of providing medical service,and lay the foundation for the improvement of medical service quality.The quality of medical service is based on the experience of patients,which is the satisfaction of patients with the results of medical services and medical services.Medical service quality includes three factors:technical quality,relationship quality and environmental quality.In this paper,we try to make a reasonable and comprehensive evaluation of the quality of medical service in HZ Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,in this paper,the connotation of service quality,the quality of medical service,the connotation and characteristics of medical service quality evaluation of the related theory analysis,formulate the research framework and the corresponding theoretical basis for this study.According to the relevant theoretical research,introduced and analyzed the medical service of HZ Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,to the quality of medical services to evaluate the quality of PZB service model,construction of service quality evaluation model from "technical quality,relationship quality,environmental quality" three major indicators,based on the research of expert interview and questionnaire survey of HZ of Chinese medicine and medical service quality problems,and according to the relevant data of interviews and questionnaire survey,were compared by experts on the ideal type of excellent hospital grade,although the comparison has some subjectivity,but from the results of the questionnaire survey and analysis,to a certain extent reflect the quality of medical services from excellent hospitals in HZ City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is still a certain gap,there is a health care technology needs to be improved,and the doctor Nurses need to change the concept of service,poor ward environment,the service process can not be patient centered,unrelated medical examination and other related issues.Then,according to the problems put forward the feasible measures to improve the HZ Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from the need to improve medical service level of technical staff,reasonable allocation of resources and services to establish the correct service concept,optimize service processes and other related aspects of the comprehensive improvement,improve the patient’s medical experience,improve the satisfaction of patients,improve medical service quality of their own the.
