| Purpose:Explore the influence of overfatigue running on the Phlegm turbidity pixu small pig characteristics of the behavior and vascular endothelial factor,Explore changes in the behavior of small pig animals can improve the evaluation scale of the sputum turbidity or not.Material and method:6 guangxi miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups by random number tables,and running control group,each group for 3 only,The two groups of pigs restricted activities and high lipid feeding to form the cause of the Phlegm turbidity pixu.Control group for the daily feeding high fat forage at nine o ’clock in the morning and three o ’clock in the afternoon.Daily feeding high fat forage for running group at nine o ’clock in the morning and afternoon at 3 o ’clock,In the evening daily running intervention,with adaptability training running 1 week and standard training 15 weeks(16weeks).Index detection:Weekly inspection :Growth indicators(length,abdominal girth,hip width and weight)and TCM syndrome observation index(Fecal character、Dung scratches、Fur burnish、Mouth color);Every 4 weeks to detect:Behavioural indicators、Blood lipid indicators(TG、CHOL、LDL-C、HDL-C)、All indexes in serum(ET-1,NO,VEGF,HSP70,TNF-α,IL6 and PGE2,SOD,MDA,LDH)content;The content of various organizations in the(ET-1、NO、VEGF、HSP70、TNF-α、IL6、PGE2、SOD、MDA、LDH).Results:1.Growth indicators:Comparison between the two groups abdominal girth the control group and the running group P < 0.05,statistical differences,abdominal girth,control group higer than the running group 1.24 cm,length,Hip width and weight have no statistical difference.2.Behavioural indicators:In control group and the running group on behavioural indicators have no statistical differences.Comparing the time points,the study of the behavior of the bite companion on running group,smell things on control group,and the smell companion of the running group were statistically different from P < 0.05.The rank,stereotype and excretory behavior of the running group attacked the partner,and the control group on empty to chew had statistical difference of P < 0.05.The activity behavior running group on walked,the running group on ran have statistics difference P < 0.05.3.TCM phlegm turbidity syndrome indicators spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm:Two groups of pigs in Fecal character have statistical differences.4.Various substances in serum index:In the control group compared with the running group,serum HSP70,IL6,MDA,NO,PGE2,SOD,VEGF contrast between the two groups P < 0.05,The vascular factor,NO,VEGF,in week 16,had a statistical difference between the two groups,P < 0.05.Inflammatory factor of HSP70 and PGE2,at week 0,statistical differences between the two groups,P < 0.05,the inflammation factor of HSP70,TNF alpha,PGE2 in week 16,statistical differences between the two groups,P < 0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups at the 16 th week of the enzyme,SOD,LDH,and P < 0.01.5.Each index in the organizations:(1)Vascular factor and product:NO expressed in apex cordis,compared between the two groups P <0.05 have statistical differences,the control group is higher than running group,expressed in the rest of the organization in the two groups don’t have statistical difference.(2)The inflammatory factors and product:TNF-α expressed in fat tissue,and comparison between the two groups P < 0.05 have statistical differences,the control group is less than 0.06 running group,expressed in the rest of the organization in the two groups and no statistical difference;IL6 expressed in cardiac apex and fat tissue,and comparison between the two groups P < 0.05 statistical differences,cardiac apex in the control group is more than 0.10 running group,control group in the fat tissue is less than 0.04 running group,IL6 expressed in the rest of the organization,and no statistical difference between the two groups.(3)Enzymes and products:SOD in cardiac apex and the left ventricular tissue expression,the contrast between the two groups P < 0.05 have statistical differences,cardiac apex in the control group is more than 0.06 running group,left ventricular tissue in the control group is less than 0.05 running group,SOD expressed in the rest of the organization in the two groups and no statistical difference.MDA expressed in fat tissue,and comparison between the two groups P < 0.05,have statistical differences.in the control group is less than0.11 running group,MDA in the rest of the organization don’t have statistical difference between the two groups.6.Blood fat:Serum TG,CHOL,LDL-C,HDL-C two groups compare P values > 0.05,don’t have statistical differences.Conclusion:1.The growth rate of the abdominal circumference was accelerated after the running of the small pig,which weight slowed down and the fecal character was diluted.2.After running,the Phlegm turbidity pixu small pig were more quiet and less active than the control group,but they were more likely to explore and attack than the control group.3.After the overfatigue running,TG,CHOL,LDL-C content in plasma increased,reduced HDL-C content,serum VEGF,inflammation,skin damage factors within the protection factor HSP70,inflammation,damage factor IL6,PGE2,anti-oxidation factor,SOD and MDA oxidation agents and endothelial protective factor NO,inflammation factor in apex organization IL6 SOD content,anti-oxidation factor decrease;In the adipose tissue,the inflammatory factors tnf-alpha and IL6,the oxidative factor MDA,and the left ventricular tissue were both increasing the antioxidant factor SOD. |
