Purpose: In this study,according to the theory of endothelial injury response,we explore the effect of Chinese medicine on endothelial cell and cytokine cascade,provide candidate detection method for scientific research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method: 1 The selection of 1 healthy subjects and 10 cases with conventional injection Shuxuening injection,observe the clinical safety,at the same time preparation containing serum.2 make the endothelial cell damage model of PAF,with a blank and cultured cells,observed the morphology and proliferation of cells,NO,VE-Ca,ICAM-1,VCAM-1cell supernatant secretion Elisa kit to detect concentration,to observe the protective effect of Shuxuening Injection on cell morphology.Result: 1 No adverse reaction in 1 clinical trials of Shuxuening injection group,before and after the subjects of vital signs,liver and kidney function,blood routine,coagulation five,body temperature,lymphocyte,neutrophil P < 0.05,considered as sample size too small.More than P values were greater than 0.05,showed no obvious change before and after treatment.Adverse reactions in 1 cases,mild in Grade 1,may have nothing to do with the drug.2 PAF 4H in solution 25umol/l,the cell survival rate with an average of 47.45 ± 6.95,cell injury rate of nearly 50%,considering the modeling condition is ideal.cell proliferation increased with the increase of PAF concentration and induction time,and the degree of inhibition was also increased.PAF induced cell injury.3 compared with the model group,the serum group cells were in good condition,the proliferation of 72.9% ± 4.87%,NO,VE-Ca,ICAM-1 concentration decreased and VCAM-1 concentration increased,and the blank control group were similar,and there was significant difference with the model control group.Conclusion: 1 Shuxuening injection can improve the cell morphology,promote cell proliferation,regulating cell secretion content,affect endothelial cells and cytokine cascade reaction.2 the candidate detection method based on human serum and cell experiments for the treatment of coronary heart disease is feasible.
