Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of early acupuncture on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,summarize the cognition and treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by Liu Ronghui,and highlight the advantages of early acupuncture.Materials and methods:Methods a total of 46 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by minimally invasive aspiration and aspiration of intracranial hematoma in Liaoning from February 2015 to February 2016.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,23 cases each.Two groups of patients were onset within 24 hours of minimally invasive aspiration and drainage directed therapy,blood 5ml residue after the head of CT after surgery,ventricular shape restoration.On the basis of routine treatment,such as hemostasis,blood pressure control,vegetative nerve,prevention of infection and the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the control group received acupuncture 2 weeks after the operation.The experimental group received acupuncture within 3 days after the operation,and the 2 week was a course of treatment.The change of muscle strength rating was observed to evaluate the effect of early acupuncture on hypertensive patients with brain hemorrhage.Using SPSS17.0 for data statistics.Results:The two groups were effective,and the degree of muscle strength recovery in the early acupuncture experimental group was greater than that of the control group.Conclusion:Early acupuncture treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has obvious curative effect.
