The hospital information system(HIS)is developing towards the direction of automation and intelligence,and the information construction of internal medicine department is also an important part of it.Therefore,the promotion of construction of information technology will help the management and excavation of clinical data of renal diseases,and provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease.IgA nephropathy,a group of pathological diagnoses diseases with the deposition of glomerular mesangial.Since 1986,it has been considered as one of the most common primary glomerular diseases in the world,and has a high incidence in the Asia Pacific region,which is one of the important causes for end-stage renal failure.In order to prevent and treat the IgA nephropathy more effectively,a further research on the problem has become particularly important,the need for collection a large number of clinical information,Therefore,according to requirement of the first people’s Hospital of Yunnan Province,we design and implement a set of database management system for nephropathy by using the modern information technology.It is standardized,efficient,and easy to expand.On this basis,the nephropathy data were analyzed and the results were attempt to apply to clinical diagnosis.This article will explore informatization management of the IgA nephrotic clinical data and mining research clinical indicators.According to the requirement analysis,the structure and function of the clinical database of kidney disease were designed.The database system of kidney disease was designed and established by using JAVA language and ORACLE database.It can save a lot of valuable clinical data of patients,it is convenient to modify and update the information in the database,and provide quick and easy access to the information function,from which to obtain relevant clinical information.For medicine,treatment,follow-up information and other parts as well as users,modules,post management has also been carried out more automated design and implementation.The database system is also based on multi-center and multi-unit,to the first people’s hospital in Yunnan Province as the center,can be combined with other cities and counties of clinical data of kidney disease for large data research.This study is based on the data of the clinical detection indicators of IgA nephropathy,and on this basis,using an algorithm based on an optimal risk and prevention model algorithm for data mining.The proposed method will be based on the detection of some of the laboratory test indicators for mining,the prevalence of disease detection indicators of high-risk areas.The experimental results show that this method can detect the risk range of the index value when the patient is sick,and help the disease prediction.In addition,we combine with modern computer technology and realize an auxiliary diagnosis of IgA nephropathy system by using the above excavation methods and results.The medical staff could detect the patient’s initial diagnostic criteria for diagnosis.The system is simple to operate,also can meet the patient’s diagnostic needs to a certain extent. |
