Objective:Observing the thickness of the plantar fascia tissue change which is before and after needle knife therapy by the musculoskeletal ultrasound(musu),image basis of calcaneodynia research is provided by the clinical curative effect of tandardization for needle knife therapy.Modernization research lays the foundation of needle knife,that will benefit the promotion of needle knife.Method:The sources of cases of this study is based on calcaneodynia patients of the third affiliated hospital of Beijing university of TCM clinic and the admitting office from February 2016 to March 2017.According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria standard,62 patients are selected in the calcaneodynia group,which are given the needle knife release treatment once.To compare the changes of the subjective pain scale VAS score,the quantification score of the symptomatic symptom score,and the soft tissue changes represented by the thickness of the plantar fascia of the heel under the musculoskeletal ultrasound,i can make a conclusion that if there are any changes of these factors by statistical analysis.Result:Through comparing VAS score before needle knife therapy with the one after needle knife therapy,I conclude that before treatment score is 7.90±0.762and the score of after 2 weeks of treatment is 1.16±1.119.VAS score declines.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),which can explain the needle knife therapy alleviates pain symptoms effectively.By comparing the quantification score of the symptomatic symptom score before needle knife therapy with the one after needle knife therapy,I conclude that before treatment score is 18.1±1.55and the score of after 2 weeks of treatment is 4.1±2.71,the symptomatic symptom score declines.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),which can conclude that the needle knife therapy has the function to the improvement of the function and symptoms.By comparing The thickness of the plantar fascia before needle knife therapy with the one after needle knife therapy,I conclude that before treatment score is 0.59±0.37and the score of after 2 weeks of treatment is 0.50±0.37.The thickness of the plantar fascia declines.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).According to the efficacy evaluation index,12 patients are healed(19.4%),42 people are markedly improved(67.7%),7 people are in improvement(11.3%),1 person is invalid(1.6%),the total effective rate is 98.4%(61 people).The correlation coefficient between the anterior plantar fascia and the VAS score is 0.548,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant and significant correlation is positive.The correlation coefficient between the thickness of the plantar fascia and the score of VAS was is 0.577,the correlation coefficient is less than 1,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant and significant correlation is positive.The correlation coefficient between the anterior plantar fascia and the symptom score of the heel pain is 0.466,and the correlation coefficient is less than 1,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant and significant correlation is positive.There is a significant correlation between the two groups,and the correlation coefficient was 0.619,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant and significant correlation is positive.Conclusion:1.The thickness of the plantar fascia on the musculoskeletal ultrasound is changed after needle knife treatment,which response that soft tissue changes through the reaction of needle knife therapy has a high credibility.Soft tissue corresponds the symptoms and signs of patients.2.This study can provide a radiographic basis for acupuncture treatment of heel pain,which make needle knife treatment more scientific.By the same time,the reseach lays the foundation for the mechanism study of needle knife therapy on calcaneodynia,that could contribute to the promotion.
