A Bioethical Review Of The People's War Against AIDS In Yunnan Province

The moral rationality is the basic value of the policy and the inherent demands,it is important to ensure that the policy to play its function of policy norms,ethical considerations is to realize the value of policies,improve policy quality,enhance the level of policy in an important way.Yunnan provincial AIDS prevention and control work has achieved remarkable results,depends on its ethical strategy and policy,only ethical policy is justified,can be combined with social members in practice,can be carried out very well,achieved good results.However,the current Yunnan provincial AIDS prevention and control work is still facing by the dangerous actions caused by AIDS prevention difficulty and long-term survival of the patients with AIDS,AIDS prevention and control mechanism of demand and other issues need to be improved.Therefore,from the perspective of bioethics to examine the rationality of AIDS prevention and control policy is a better response to AIDS prevention work is facing the new situation,new challenges and an important breakthrough point.It is a long and arduous task to reform and perfect the policies and measures related to AIDS prevention and control.It is necessary to focus on the center of"harmony and rationality",to respect human life,to protect the right to life,and to take into account the principles of good/not hurt,respect and justice.This article from the "logical starting point of moral rationality",based on summarizing the previous three of Yunnan province people's war against AIDS policies,measures and experience,the main manifestations and causes of value orientation and the deficiencies of the relevant policies and measures from the perspective of bioethics in the analysis of the problems and policy improvement.On this basis,this paper argues that:from the perspective of value and morality,in accordance with the new challenges and new problems facing AIDS prevention to explore solutions,insist on the supremacy of life,to protect people's livelihood,the foundation for establishing the right to life and health as the core,the adjustment of Education strategy,create a tolerant social environment,expand the relief way the more people learned and get relief,and digestion of AIDS patients physical and mental pressure,so as to avoid the problem of AIDS into social problems,and improve the satisfaction with HIV infection and virus infection long life really needs,improve their quality of life;reduce the risk behavior of population control,new cases of HIV production,thus effectively to curb AIDS rising trend;the establishment of long-term mechanism of AIDS prevention and control work,and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of people with aids.
