Clinical Observation Of Guanxin Xiaoban Capsule In The Treatment Of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Guanxin Xiaoban Capsule on carotid atherosclerotic plaque phlegm-heat syndrome.To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in carotid atherosclerotic plaque and clinical efficacy,with a view to the treatment of the disease to provide new ideas and methods in the future,and to improve the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease provide the basis.Methods: The first Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in February 2016-November 2016 cardiovascular hospital inpatient and outpatients diagnosed as carotid atherosclerotic plaque,syndromes are phlegm-heat syndrome card in 60 patients,Using the principle of randomized control is divided into two groups,each group were included in30 cases: the experimental group taking Guanxin Xiaoban capsule,the control group taking atorvastatin calcium tablets,are in March for a course of treatment,a course of treatment.Through the color Doppler common carotid artery IMT value,plaque score,plaque nature of change,the number of individual plaque to eliminate,blood lipids,c-reactive protein,TCM syndrome and other indicators and clinical symptoms compared to the difference between the two groups to explore the treatment of coronary heart Xiaoban capsule carotid atherosclerotic plaque The clinical efficacy of block phlegm resistance syndrome.Result:1.In TCM syndrome points,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.05).2.The total effective rates for traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in treatment group were 90.00% and 76.67% respectively,there was a significant difference between the two groups.3.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in Doppler ultrasound carotid IMT between the two groups before and after treatment(p <0.05).4.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in Doppler ultrasound plaque integral between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(p <0.05).5.Compaerd in Doppler,the experimental group and the control group have the same phenomenon that some soft spots change into hard spots.And the test group was stronger than the control group.6.Compaerd in Doppler,the experimental group and the control group have the same phenomenon of individual plaque eliminating.And the test group was stronger than the control group.7.Two groups’ levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased and the HDL-C value increased,which was significantly different from that before treatment(p <0.05).And the test group was stronger than the control group.8.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in CRP between the two groups(p <0.05).9.There were no significant or serious adverse reactions in the clinical observation.Conclusion:Guanxin Xiaoban Capsule can significantly reduce the carotid intima-media thickness and plaque score in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque phlegm-heat syndrome,stablilize and eliminate plaque,effectively regulate blood lipid and C-reactive protein levels,and can significantly improve the patient’s headache,Dizziness and other symptoms.Coronary heart Xiaoban capsule is an effective drug for the treatment of CAS,has great reference value in the future clinical application.
