This contents of this thesis mainly involved three charpters. Charpter 1 reported research progress of Sabia parviflora and brief introduction of NMR fingerprint of traditional Chinese Medicine. Charpter 2 discussed the isolation, identification and bioactivity screening results of chemical constituents from Sabia parviflora, and made the difference analysis of three different harvest times of Sabia parviflora. Charpter 3researched the methods study of hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR)fingerprint of Sabia parviflora, Gastrodia elata, Eucommia ulmoides. CRAFT technology was used for quantitative analysis of Eucommia ulmoides and Gastrodia elata Bl..Sabia parviflora in Guizhou has the effect of anti viral hepatitis. Column chromatographies over silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, reverse phase C18, MCI, and HPLC were used repeatedly for separation and purification of chemical constituents from petroleum ether layer, 14 compounds including seven pentacyclic triterpenes,four alkaloids, and three other compounds were identified by NMR and MS spectra data with those reported in literature. To conduct the antibacterial, anti-tumor,antiviral hepatitis activity screening of the obtained pentacyclic triterpene and alkaloid compounds, results showed that alkaloids have weak anti-tumor cell activity.Charpter 3 researched the methods study of 1H-NMR fingerprint of Sabia parviflora, Gastrodia elata Bl. and Eucommia ulmoides. CPMG technology was used for simplified the 1H-NMR fingerprints of total extract. Seven pentacyclic triterpenes with four alkaloids obtained from Sabia parviflora, Gastrodin with 4-Hydroxybenzyl in Gastrodia elata Bl. and Pinoresinol diglucoside in Eucommia ulmoides had been preliminary belonging through the chemical shift by titration, STOCSY, CRAFT technology. Results showed that the characteristic peak of belonging was accurate,this also confirmed the series of method is feasible and scientific. CRAFT technology was used for quantitative analysis of Gastrodia elata Bl. and Eucommia ulmoides,results was consistent with the HPLC control experiment. And Sabia Parviflora of three different harvest times and different place of origin of Gastrodia elata had been made the difference analysis, results showed the significant differences(P<0.05). |
