A Clinical Study On Atopic Dermatitis In Hainan Based On TCM Constitutional Factors

Objective: The purpose is to study the correlation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution and Hainan atopic dermatitis(AD) as well as the correlation of different TCM syndrome, sex, age, severity of disease and TCM constitution of AD patients. Preliminary study the role of physical theories of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of AD in Hainan Province.Methods: Referring to the authority of literature, combined with mentor, experts advice to develop "informed consent", "clinical observation table", "SCORAD scoring system table" and "atopic dermatitis TCM constitution questionnaire", patients were investigating the type of physical constitution and related factors. According to the gender, age, disease degree,TCM syndrome types, the relationship between physical type and physical factors and AD was analyzed, and the prevention and control principles of AD in Hainan area were put forward.Results:1.Collected a total of 90 cases, of which 41 cases of female patients, accounted for 45.6%; 49 cases of male patients, accounted for 54.4%; age ranged from 1 year old, the maximum age was 29 years old, mean age 11.14 + 689 years. The shortest course of treatment was 2 years,the longest duration of 26 years, mean duration of 8.26 + 6.583, median disease duration for six years.2.Hainan atopic dermatitis patients survey of TCM constitutions, special intrinsic quality, yin deficiency, yang deficiency constitution, qi deficiency constitution, phlegm dampness matter,dampness heat, blood stasis, qi stagnation, flat and quality accounted for 30.8%, 16.8%, 8.1%,5.9%, 5.9%, 5.4%, 2.2%, 6.5%, 18.4%.3.90 cases of patients with atopic dermatitis, a single constitution in 44 cases, the total number of cases of 49%, the average age was 9.98 + 6.267 years; and constitution in 46 cases, the total number of cases of 51%, the average age was 12.47 + 7.282 years.4. Hainan atopic dermatitis patients, Yang deficiency, blood stasis qi stagnation, flat and quality in male atopic dermatitis patients accounted for 6.1%, 2% and 47%, respectively, in female patients accounted for 29.3%, 36.6%, 26.8%; Yang deficiency, blood stasis qi stagnation in the female atopic dermatitis patients in the percent of men were increased by 23.2%, 34.6%, flat and quality in male atopic dermatitis patients in the percentage of women increased by 20. 2%, and all had statistical significance;5.Hainan atopic dermatitis in children under the age of 8 single constitution accounted for58.5%, two and clip constitution accounted for 29.8%; investigation of traditional Chinese medicine constitution to most of the special intrinsic quality, level and quality, deficiency of Yin, respectively, accounting for 34.8%, 27.3% and 21.2%; Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency,dampness heat blood stasis qi stagnation in adolescent and adult atopic proportion of patients with dermatitis was significantly higher than that of infancy and childhood, and was statistically significant.6.90 cases of atopic dermatitis patients, 71 cases of mild to moderate, accounting for 38.4%;114 cases of severe patients, accounting for 61.6%.7.90 cases of atopic dermatitis patients, TCM syndrome is the wind damp skin in 58 cases,accounting for 64%, 32 cases of blood deficiency and wind dryness, accounted for 36%.Conclusion:1. Hainan atopic dermatitis patients with traditional Chinese medicine constitution type frequency followed by special intrinsic matter > flat and matter > Yin deficiency >> of Yang deficiency constitution gas stagnation > Qi deficiency = phlegm matter > hot matter > blood stasis.2. The incidence rate of atopic dermatitis in Hainan area is high, the incidence of multiple childhood, long duration, age and course of disease is long, and the average course of disease is long. In the 3-11 years of age, the clinical symptoms are particularly prominent.3. With the growth of age, patients with atopic dermatitis, a gradual decrease in a single body,and gradually increase the number of folders.4. The blood stasis constitution, Yang deficiency constitution, qi stagnation constitution of female patients with atopic dermatitis in Hainan area were significantly more than that of male, and the level of the male was higher than that of the female. Children’s health is more simple, the intrinsic quality of the most gentleness secondly. As the age increases, the flat and the quality gradually decrease.5. In the analysis of the severity of disease, TCM syndrome and TCM constitution type, the statistical research,there were no significantly differences statistically significant, can not think of distribution in different degree, different TCM Syndrome Types in various types of constitution is different.6. The unique geographical and cultural environment of Hainan has a close relationship with the formation of TCM constitution types of patients.
