| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of contralateral Puncture zhouling Point treatment with lateral ePicondylitisMathod:Collection of tennis elbow,there were 60 cases included standardly,then ran-domly divided into two groups:one contralateral puncture zhouling point group and one conventional therapy group (hereafter referred as contralateral puncture g-roup and conventional therapy group) And 30 cases in each group. Contralater al-1 puncture group took zhouling pointand conventional therapy group took ashi, qushi, zhuoliao, shousanli, zusanli, shouwuli. Both groups all retain thenee-d le for 30 mintues and maniPulate the needles once every 5 minutes during the time. There is one times per day, five times for a course. Contralateral punct-u re group used sterile syringes to quick puncture at zhouling point 3to 5 times, then let bleed lto 3ml. patients can take lto 2days rest after a course of treat-men, then come into the next treatment course.there are two courses in all. Us-ed the VAS pain score method questionnaire and Mayo elbow function evaluat-ion form for each patient to determine pain score and elbow function at treat-ment started, the first treatment courses finished, and the second courses finish-ed. Through a follow-up after second courses treatment finished 55 to 60 days, we analyzed and compared the follow-up dataConclusion:1:The elbow pain VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, the difference of piror treatment and posttreatment was highly st-atistically significant, (P<0.01) and the effect of second courses is superior t o the first courses.The sense of pain decreased more obvious in contralateral p u-ncture group, this conclusion also ave highly statistically significant (P<0.01)2:Mayo elbow function score in both groups were significantly increased a-fter treatment, and the difference of pirortreatment and posttreatment was highl-y statistically significant, (P<0.01),the effect of second courses is superior to the first courses. Elbow function improved more obvious in contralateral punctur -e group, this conclusion also have highly statistically significant (P<0.01)3:There were 27 people had positive effect,2people worked well,1people inefficient in the experimental group after treatment.The total effective power of e-xperimental group is 96.6%. And comparison group showed 9 people had posi tive effect,18 people worked well,3people inefficient in the experimental group after treatment. The total effective power of comparison group is 90.0%. When the a-nalgesia effect of the two groups were compared, contralateral puncture group is su-perior to conventional group,and this conclusion (P<0.01) was highly statisticall y significant.4:Through the analysis of a follow-up after second courses treatment finis hed 55 to 60 days, one patient experienced some symptom’s recurrence,two p-atients relapsed in contralateral puncture group. The recurrence rate was 10.3%. And comparison group showed two patient experienced some symptom’s rec u-rrence, three patients relapsed in contralateral puncturegroup.The recurrence ra t-e was 18.5%. As recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, contralateral p-uncture groupis superior to conventional group,and this conclusion was statisti c-ally significant5:Two groups of patients did not appear acupuncture accidents and adverse reactions, during the treatment, and no adverse reactions in follow-up (P<0.05)Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of contralateral puncture group is more obvio-us than conventional acupuncture point treatment of tennis elbow Elbow pain, can effectively alleviate and even eliminate patients, improve the function of el-bow joint.With curative effect is steady, the side effect is smal, recurrence rate i-s low, the security is good, easy to accept, contralateral puncture is worth promoting... |
