| In order to ascertain the pathogen of diarrhea in a chicken farm in Daqing,and then through the replication of the pathogen,the effect of formaldehyde oral liquid on the disease was studied.40 healthy 18 day old broilers were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group,formaldehyde group and dike group.In addition to negative control group,a disease infection model was established.The positive control group did not use any medicine;the formaldehyde group was given the formaldehyde oral liquid according to 0.2m L/kg.BW,two times a day,and 7d was used,and the kshalli group was free to drink 0.1m L/L,with 7d.In test zeroth 0d,4d and 7d,the percentage of RBC,WBC,Seg neutr,percentage of Mon,Lym percentage,Eos percentage,ALKP,ALT,Mon,Mon,etc.At the end of the experiment,the 8d was weighed,and the small intestine lesion score and oocyst count were performed.The small intestine of each group was collected for histopathological examination.Results:The results showed that:(1)according to the clinical symptoms,pathological changes,and the comprehensive analysis of the morphological structure of the pathogen,the pathogen of the outbreak of the diarrhea in the chicken farm was the giant Eimeria.(2)The body weight of formaldehyde group was significantly higher than that of positive control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total number of 4d and 7d RBC in formaldehyde group was not significantly different from that in negative control group.The total number of WBC and Lym% 4d increased significantly in formaldehyde group and significantly higher than those in negative control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between formaldehyde group and di Ke Zhu Li group(P>0.05).In group 7d,the total WBC in formaldehyde group was significantly lower than that in positive control group(P<0.05).The level of 7d Mon%in formaldehyde group was significantly higher than that in the positive control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the group and the control group(P>0.05).The average value of 4d Seg neutr% in formaldehyde groupincreased,and the formaldehyde group was significantly lower than that of the positive control group(P<0.05),and the 7d formaldehyde group was significantly lower than the positive control group(P<0.01),and the difference was not significant(P>0.05)compared with that of the group.The levels of 4d and 7d ALKP and TP in formaldehyde group decreased in varying degrees and were significantly higher than those in the positive control group(P<0.01),which was significantly lower than that of the negative control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the group(P>0.05)and the test group(P>0.05).The levels of 4dand 7d ALT and GGT in formaldehyde group were significantly lower than those in positive control group and group(P<0.01),which were significantly higher than those in negative control group(P<0.01).The level of 4d ALB in formaldehyde group was lower than that in the control group and the control group(P>0.05),which was significantly higher than that in the positive control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the ALB content between group 7d and the control group(P>0.05),which was significantly higher than that of the positive control group(P<0.01).The levels of 4D and 7d CREA in the formaldehyde group were higher and significantly lower than that in the positive control group(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than that of the negative control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the control group(P>0.05)and the negative control group(P>0.05).The content of 4d BUN in the formaldehyde group was higher and significantly lower than that of the positive control group(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than that in the negative control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the group(P>0.05)and the group 7d.The content of BUN in the formaldehyde group was significantly lower than that of the positive control group(P<0.01),which was significantly lower than that of the test group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the negative control group and the negative control group.Difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups on the GLU index.(5)histopathological findings showed that formaldehyde oral liquid had no obvious pathological damage to the intestinal tract of chickens.The anticoccidial index results showed that theformaldehyde oral solution was equivalent to the Diclazuril group.To sum up,the outbreak of diarrhoea in a broiler farm in Daqing is a giant Eimeria,and formaldehyde oral liquid can treat memeeococcidiosis,and0.2m L/kg.BW formaldehyde oral solution treatment effect is equivalent to oral diclazuril. |
