An Empirical Study On The Functions Of Medicinal And Medicinal Functions Of Bamboo Rafts In Ethnic Areas Of Guizhou

Dictyophora indusiata is one of the most famous valuable Medicinal and Edible fungus.It’s effects such as improve immunity,lower the blood pressure and blood fat,antiseptic,etc.Guizhou is abundant in the resources of Dictyophora indusiata.This paper surveyed the awareness of people in the ethical regions of Dictyophora indusiata by the research method of Ethnobotany,the ethical regions were divided into five regions,each region is Han area,Miao area,Buyi area,Dong area and Shui area,and the distribution of wild Dictyophora indusiata throughout Guizhou.This paper also argument the Scientific used for food and medicine of Dictyophora indusiata.The field reasearch showed that,in the aspect of awareness,Miao,Dong,and Shui minority named Dictyophora indusiata mainly according to the feature of it,the name make up of the generic terms of mushroom and the feature of Dictyophora indusiata,the awareness is in proportion to the amount of growth of Dictyophora indusiata,the awareness of Han is higher than minority;the handing of wild Dictyophora indusiata is primary;most people just eat the indusium and stipe,just the people of Chishui City eat the dry pileus with sporidium and the egg of Dictyophora indusiata;most people knew that Dictyophora indusiata can be an antiseptic;two kinds of saying about the Dictyophora indusiata,the first one is people can recover soon in recovery after some serious illness if he eat Dictyophora indusiata,the another one is the wine of the egg of Dictyophora indusiata can make body stronger.In the aspect of distribution,the wild Dictyophora indusiata distributed in the area where the height around 1200 meter,the mean annual temperature around 15 degree Celsius,the yearly precipitation around 1200 millimeter;Dictyophora indusiata growed in the old bamboo forest between May to November,it is always raining before Dictyophora indusiata growed;Dictyophora indusiata was widely distribution on the whole Guizhou,the largest distribution is Bijie City,Qiannan,Anshun City and Zunyi City secondly.The empirical study showed that,in the aspect of used for food,we used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determined the petrolem ether extract components of the three parts of fresh Dictyophora indusiata(growth in Guizhou),each part are pileus,indusium and stipe,volva.The results was 69 compositions were identified from these three parts of Dictyophora indusiata.36,46,31 compositions were identified from the pileus,indusium and stipe,volva respectively,The fatty acid occupies the detectable amount of each parts were 86.15 %,84.03 %,and 86.42 %,The 9,12-octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-occupies the detectable amount of each parts were 36.58 %,21.40 % and 33.81 %,it indicated that all the three parts of Dictyophora indusiata have the effect of prevent and cure arteriosclerosis.In the aspect of use for medicine,we research the anticorrosion of pileus,indusium and stipe,volva of Dictyophora indusiata.We used the headspace solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determined the volatile components of them,we choosed Disulfide,dimethyl,Dimethyl trisulfide,Tetrasulfide,dimethyl and Indole these four components to be the characteristic components of aposepsis.The results shown the sporidium,indusium and stipe have a good and nearly same effect for prvent the rotten of pork,the volva havn’t the effect for prvent the rotten of pork.
