Water resources have become one of the problems of global concern.The phenomenon of uneven distribution of water resources and uneven distribution of water resources in our country makes the water resources of our country become more and more precious.At the same time,the flood disaster caused by uneven precipitation has caused huge economic losses to our country.This paper takes the Daqing area Wang Hua bubble flood area as the research object,studies the problem of flood resources and flood control risk.The conversion of flood into the available water resources can reduce the consumption of local water resources and accelerate the filling of water resources,but at the same time,how to guarantee the flood of the reservoir to the downstream is not.Creating a threat is a problem that needs to be addressed.Through a brief analysis of the flood regulation of Wang Huatu reservoir in the study area,it is concluded that the flood season in the Qing area shows a large scale and high frequency in the flood season,and there is no need for flood control in the dry year,and the flood level is obviously affected by the temperate continental climate.According to the typical annual method and the frequency amplification,the Flood flood volume of different frequencies is obtained,and the flood limit water level of different frequencies is obtained by using the double auxiliary line graphic method.The flood resources of Wang Hua bubble reservoir are analyzed.Wang Hua bubble reservoir has stable water source of Ming and Qing slope to ensure stable water supply,good water quality and high standard of flood control,which can be used as agricultural,industrial and ecological water.Through reasonable flood control,the flood capital can be guaranteed under the conditions of downstream safety.It is used as irrigation,industrial production,groundwater backfill and wetland replenishment.The overtopped submergence method is analyzed.After the overtopping loss function Z is constructed,the parameter dam elevation B,the wind backwater height E and the wave climbing R are transformed from other forms to the standard normal distribution,and the model Z under the standard normal distribution function is obtained by using the JC method to draw the flood frequency and the overtopping loss directly by using the soft parts.The relationship curve of the risk rate.The calculation principle of the module used in ArcGIS is expounded.The flood inundation of the downstream is determined by tin calculation and two development,and the submergence area of the downstream is compiled with appropriate statements based on the Macros module.
