We can see that China will vigorously develop the Expressway to meet the large and growing flow of people and goods movement needs from the overall planning of Chinese expressway within the coming period.Compared with the general construction project,there are substantial risks and uncertainties,not only it needs a long time period building and construction but also it is involved in the construction and management of projects relate to the large amount of investment.Therefore,in the management process of expressway construction,these factors have a direct impact on the overall express way construction and affect the successful implementation of the project.How to identify and evaluate the risks in the construction is a great problem.We should take measures to control risk,the reduction and minimization of risk to save the construction hazards and losses in order to achieve successful completion of the expressway construction projects.Expressway projects builders are most concerned about these very important things.This paper first analyzes the research status of expressway construction project risk and points out the existing problems in the risk assessment research of expressway construction project at present.Secondly,the process of establishing the risk assessment index system is optimized,that is to say,through preliminary analysis of the risk factors,preliminary assessment of risk indicators,and then the use of principal component analysis to screen the evaluation index,optimize the evaluation index,set up a MW expressway construction project risk assessment index system.This process of establishing the evaluation index system not only integrates the rich experience information of experts in risk management of expressways but also limits the subjective factors of human beings to a reasonable range and makes the establishment of evaluation index system more reasonable Evaluation results more in line with actual needs.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of MW express way construction project is constructed,the model is solved,the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained,the evaluation results are analyzed,and the corresponding risk response measures are given.In this paper,the MW expressway construction project risk assessment index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the risk measures were provided.There will be some reference for the risk management of the project.
