As typical endocrine disrupting chemicals,steroid hormones are of great environmental and health risks,has become the third environment problems after the ozone depletion and global warming.This paper focus on 10 steroid hormones that widespread in the environment and high detection rate and the bigger toxic substances,such as estrone(E1),estradiol(E2)and estriol(E3),ethinyl estradiol(EE2),testosterone(T),androstenedione(ADD),boldenone(Bold),nandrolone(NDL),progesterone(Pro),megestrol acetate(MA).Based on the theory of organic compounds cracking in mass spectrometry obtained the quantitative ion and qualitative ion structural formula of steroid hormones.A novel method for simultaneous determination of 10 steroid hormones by solid-phase extraction(SPE)coupled with ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)or high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)in water samples was developed.The 10 kinds of typical steroid hormone were separated on an Agilent Poroshell 120 Bonus-RP(100×2.1 mm,2.7 ?m)column with mobile phases D(water containing 0.1% ammonia)and C(acetonitrile)gradient elution,flow rate of 0.5 mL/min,column temperature 30 ?.Complete seperation of 10 analytes were achieved in 5.0 min under the optimized parameters conditions of chromatography and mass spectrum.The linearity range ranged from 1.0 ng/m L to 200 ng/m L with good linearity coefficient(R2 > 0.99).The analysis method used in 70 groundwater samples extracted by an Oasis HLB cartridge,the detection limit of the method was between 0.40 ~ 1.50 ng/L,at least one compound was detected in 16 samples which occupied 22.8% of all oil samples.The method is successfully applied to analysis of landfill leachate extracted through an Oasis HLB cartridge and then extracted through a Silica cartridge,the detection limit of the method was 1.45 ~ 3.01 ng/L,the total concentrations of the target hormones in the landfill leachate up to 300.45 ng/L,after treatment processes,the total concentration of he target hormones were reduced to 22.10 ng/L.Compared with HPLC-MS/MS,the analysis efficiency was improved nearly 3.0 times,this method improved the work efficiency and reduced the cost analysis.According to the existing literature,now rarely had an analysis method for simultaneous determination of estrogen,androgen and progesterone.
