With the rapid development of modern society, the amount of information and knowledge which we contact is rapidly expanding. In particular, with the rising and spreading of the Internet, the information is acceleratedly expanded and penetrated to more and more areas, thus makeing people's lives more complicated. For enterprises to participate in market competition, it also makes them face more comples decision-making environment. Increasing fast, changeable and open external internal management environment, also make the enterprise's strain capacity, decision-making ability, innovation ability higher requirements. The improvement of various abilities depends on the development and utilization of enterprise for its own information. In order to achieve the enterprise development and utilization of information, you must first promote enterprise information sharing among departments across departments. But at this stage, the regional segmentation, information barriers, inefficient, these problems are common with existing in the operation of enterprises. How to solve the internal interagency information sharing problem, becomes the important subject to study and solve.
